Time tracking for kids – playful, not strict

Bloomtime turns "How long did you practise?" into a game: kids track their own time, earn XP and watch their world grow.

Sign up for free

Children don’t yet have a feel for how long 30 minutes really is. Bloomtime makes time tangible: every practice, reading or sports session becomes a tracked session with a visible result. Instead of pressure there are small wins – and parents keep an overview at all times with built-in parental controls.

Learning through play

XP, levels and streaks turn routine into a game – motivation comes from within, not from outside.

Safe & age-appropriate

Kids mode with parental controls, approval requests and age-appropriate content – with no ads.

Visible progress

Their own world grows through 10 stages with every tracked hour – from seedling to blooming meadow.

Together as a family

Parents and kids share one family account. Everyone has their own data, goals and worlds.

Build a sense of time

By tracking time themselves, children gradually learn to judge how long tasks really take.

Easy on phone or tablet

Start and stop sessions with a single tap – the interface is deliberately kid-friendly and clear.

FAQ

What age is Bloomtime suitable for? +

Bloomtime is designed for children from about age 6. Under-16s need a parent’s confirmation; kids mode hides unsuitable features.

Is Bloomtime free for kids? +

Yes. The Free plan includes unlimited time tracking, achievements, 3 worlds and family accounts. Premium (€2.99/month) unlocks all 8 worlds, advanced statistics and data export.

What can parents see and control? +

Parents see their children’s tracked time, can set limits and approve requests. Kids keep their own space – trust instead of surveillance.

How do children track their time in Bloomtime? +

The child picks an activity (e.g. practising, reading, sport) and starts a session with a tap. The time is saved and turned into XP at the end – no complicated input needed.

Does my child need their own email address? +

No. Child profiles are created inside the parents' family account – without their own email address or separate sign-up.

How is my child's data protected? +

Bloomtime is GDPR-compliant, stores data on servers in Germany/Europe and shows children no ads. Parents keep full control over the family account.
